ISO 9001: 2008 certification
This certification relates to a company’s approach to its Quality Management System. It requires that companies establish, document, implement, maintain and constantly endeavor to improve their quality management system. It demands that companies pay close attention to the needs and requirements of customers and in this way ensure that customer satisfaction is at its very highest. The certification imposes that the management team prepares quality management plans and ensures that they are implemented and carried out as per the documents outlined. Employees and project team members too should be trained and provided with all the tools and technology required to meet the quality management system plans and processes.
Nasscom certification
Nasscom is a chamber of commerce consortium based in India, which maintains a database of all software and related service providers in India. This database makes it easy for local and international companies validate the credentials of IT companies as well as make decisions on creating vendor partnerships. Nasscom has set a minimum level of quality standards and processes that have to be met before any company can obtain membership and by constantly raising the bar on these standards, it ensures that only the most respected and genuine IT companies remain associated with it. SENABI has worked hard to ensure that it is compliant with all Nasscom’s requirements and is constantly reviewing current processes and systems to maintain this certification.
